Faculty of Health and Life Sciences We are seeking a clinical psychologist to contribute to research and clinical work with people affected by cancer. The primary research emphasis is on psychological treatment development and evaluation, in particular metacognitive therapy. Our research group on clinician-patient communication and psychological processes in adjustment to cancer is known internationally. You will also be part of an NHS service, linked to this group, established to ensure that people affected by cancer in Liverpool have access to high-quality psychological care. You should have a degree in psychology and a professional qualification in clinical psychology conferring eligibility for registration with the HCPC with relevant experience. The post is available working on a 0.5fte basis until 31 March 2018.
