About the role
Based in the Department of Veteran & Families Institute (VFI), we’re seeking a Research Assistant who’ll play a key role in a number of exciting and innovative projects that the department has been contracted to carry out in the area of military and veteran mental health and social care.

You’ll have a degree in one of the social sciences or other relevant discipline and postgraduate research experience or similar. Ideally, you’ll have experience working in or with the military and/or with other uniformed and third sector organisations. You’ll have extensive organisational skills and previous experience in collecting and analysing data. In addition to the opportunity to work on this innovative project, you’ll benefit from on-going supervision by an experienced research team.
