Lecturer in Psychological Methods and Statistics
The School of Psychology is seeking to appoint a Lecturer in Psychological Methods and Statistics who is an expert in this field to support the School’s strategic and operational aims in teaching and research. In addition, the School is looking to appoint an academic who would provide world leading research; and excellent teaching and supervision. We particularly welcome applications from candidates whose research will complement or enhance our existing areas of expertise, and who can demonstrate commitment to the best standards of research methodology and practice.
You will be expected to teach methods and statistics in our UG programmes and contribute toward advanced methods and statistics teaching in our PG programmes. Moreover, you will provide expertise, help and support in methodological and statistical questions for the School’s research staff.

The School of Psychology at the University of Kent is consistently rated in the top 20 of UK course providers. We currently have over 40 faculty members, 80 PhD students and a diverse range of externally - funded research projects that employ numerous post-doctoral staff. All are supported by an experienced Professional and Technical Services team.
