Position Summary

Dr. Kelly Klump’s Hormones and Behavior Lab is seeking candidates with a doctoral degree in clinical, social-personality, or behavior genetics psychology. Successful applicants will have substantive interests in developmental differences in genetic, environmental, and neurobiological influences on eating disorders and/or other forms of psychopathology (e.g., depression, anxiety).  The trainee will be supervised by Dr. Kelly Klump (MSU Department of Psychology; Clinical Psychology).

 

Typical duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • Disseminating research from the lab through publications and conference presentations
  • Assisting with project design, instrument and procedure development, IRB applications, analysis and interpretation, and report and grant development
  • Collaborating with staff and student research assistants as needed

 

Required Degree

Doctorate -clinical or social-personality psychology

 

Minimum Requirements

Candidates with a Ph.D. in clinical or social-personality psychology or behavior genetics. We will consider applicants that are 4 months from receiving their Ph.D.

 

Desired Qualifications

Candidates with a doctoral degree in clinical, social-personality, or behavior genetics psychology. Successful applicants will have substantive interests in developmental differences in genetic, environmental, and neurobiological influences on eating disorders and/or other forms of psychopathology (e.g., depression, anxiety).
