The successful candidate must be eligible for a full-time clinical academic appointment at the rank of Lecturer, Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor at the University of Toronto. As a fully affiliated teaching hospital of the University of Toronto, CAMH integrates clinical care, teaching, and research across a broad spectrum of mental health and addiction services. The Division of Geriatric Psychiatry has a strong research portfolio and collaborates extensively with hospitals and academic institutions across Canada and internationally. Responsibilities
Expertise in dementia care, behavioural and psychological symptoms of dementia, serious and complex mental health disorders (e.g., schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, substance use disorders), and common psychiatric conditions (e.g., depression, anxiety) is preferred. Qualifications
CompensationRemuneration is consistent with the compensation structure for psychiatrists in Ontario, estimated between $300,000 and $350,000 per annum, commensurate with rank, qualifications, and experience.
