The successful candidate will have completed a doctorate in Psychology. Strong preparation for teaching Developmental Psychology, Psychology of Learning, and Research Methods is required. College level teaching experience, instructional technology skills and the ability to serve on and chair thesis committees for students in the Master of Arts in Psychology – General program are preferred. Candidates will be expected to teach in another specialty area based on their academic preparation. A specialty in either Health Psychology, Statistics or Psychology of Personality is looked upon favorably. In addition to teaching, faculty members are expected to be productive scholars and active in service to students, the College and the community.
