We are looking to appoint Associate Lecturers at our Birmingham, London, Liverpool and Manchester campuses.

About the role

At Arden University, you will be working with a dynamic team of academic lecturers and support staff.

We are looking for academics with a range teaching experiences (face to face and online) who are eligible for British Psychological Society membership.

Academics will also be keen to see others succeed, can work independently, are comfortable to deliver teaching using a range of multi-media platforms and flexible to fit with Arden’s active learning environment.

Essential Criteria

  • Proven ability to deliver student-centred teaching
  • Experience of teaching and assessing within the UK HE sector
  • Have a teaching qualification or be prepared to work towards one


Desirable Criteria

  • Experience of teaching within an online or blended learning context
  • Familiarity with Virtual Learning Environments and other technologies to support learning
  • Research experience commensurate with career stage
  • Ability to attend occasional staff training events
