The Role

For the role of Lecturer you will be expected to contribute to the provision of high quality research-informed teaching, individually, or as a member of a teaching team. In addition, all academic staff are expected to undertake leadership, management and administration appropriate to their grade and the individual’s development aspirations, along with any other reasonable duties as requested by their Head of Department.

The Person

Kingston Business School is one of the leading providers of MSc Occupational Psychology courses, underpinned by research and embedded in practice. We are looking to recruit people who can build on our strengths in this area to deliver an outstanding student experience, shape the future of the subject area and influence the profession. 

The ideal candidates will blend a commitment to both professional practice and academic research in the broad area of Occupational Psychology. The Faculty

The Faculty of Business and Social Sciences combines Kingston Business School and the School of Law, Social and Behavioural Sciences.

This is a full-time, permanent position with a starting salary of £38,647 per annum.
