About This Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity for a Postdoctoral Research Fellow to develop expertise and an emerging research profile in the area of organisational psychology. The fellow will work closely with Associate Professor Stacey Parker on her ARC Discovery Project on the dynamics of effort and recovery (along with collaborators Andrew Neal, Nerina Jimmieson, and Sabine Sonnentag).
We have a supportive and highly productive cohort of organisational psychology and organisational behaviour academics at UQ, with outstanding research infrastructure and mentorship opportunities - it's a great place to start your academic career.
As a research focused academic at Level A, you will be supported and guided by more senior academic research staff with the expectation of an increasing degree of autonomy over time. This is a part-time (80% – 100% negotiable), fixed-term position through to 28 February 2025.
At Academic level A, the full-time equivalent base salary will be in the range $74,308 - $99,426, plus a generous super allowance of up to 17%. The total FTE package will be up to $86,941 - $116,329 annually.
