Trainees will receive advanced clinical training and supervision in brief therapy, group counseling, triage and crisis intervention in an active and diverse university counseling service. In addition, General track postdocs may have training opportunities, including supervision of the CAPS Mental Health Peers and other training responsibilities with practicum students and/or interns. Responsibilities of the position include: • intake assessment The training year begins on August 23, 2023, and ends on August 22, 2024. Trainees receive vacation, sick leave, professional development time, and other university benefits. At the time of application, the minimum requirement is the completion of all requirements for doctoral degree in counseling or clinical psychology from an APA/CPA accredited program, except internship and dissertation (ABD status). Additional qualifications (required at time of start)
All requirements for doctoral degree in counseling or clinical psychology from an APA/CPA accredited program must be met and verified by start date of appointment, including the successful completion of an APA/CPA accredited internship. Preferred qualifications
