Application Requirements
Applicants must satisfy all of the following requirements.
(1)Hold a doctoral degree (or equivalent degree conferred by a foreign institution)
(2)Have research achievements in learning psychology, learning development and learning science 
(3)Be able to supervise master students in thesis preparation
(4)Be able to teach doctoral program
(5)Have experience supervising students in a master's and/or doctoral program at a graduate school in thesis preparation
(6)Be able to teach classes and support research activities in both English and Japanese

Evaluation:We conduct individual performance evaluations for all Hiroshima University faculty members after their employment, numerically rate their performance, and translate their evaluation results into their treatment.
