A full-time, tenure-track position is available in psychology, beginning August 29, 2016. Teaching responsibilities will be in the area of counseling/clinical psychology. Courses might include child and family counseling, crisis intervention, career counseling, aging studies, and abnormal psychology as well as courses in areas of personal expertise or interest. Our Psychology Department consists of nine faculty members who love teaching and have, or once had, a sense of humor. We are looking for an exceptional educator with the ability, energy, and intellectual charisma to be a first-rate teacher and active professional. An earned doctorate in clinical/counseling psychology or related discipline at the time of hire is required for tenure. However, ABDs at the time of hire will be considered at the instructor level.
