This post will be Indefinite This is a full time position King’s College London is looking to recruit a Lecturer to join the team teaching the new BSc Psychology programme at Guy’s Campus, close to London Bridge. The person appointed will share our commitment to innovative teaching, using a collaborative, creative approach to ensure an outstanding student experience. They will be required to contribute to the organisation and teaching of modules, to supervise research projects and to act as personal tutor. They will also complement and extend the world class research at King’s. The post holder will deliver teaching on the core curriculum as well as specialist teaching of topics from their research area. Applications are invited from researchers in any area of psychology; we would particular welcome applications from those able to contribute to our research and teaching in applied psychology (particularly clinical or health psychology), experimental psychology, individual differences or learning. Applicants must have a relevant PhD or equivalent higher degree, experience in delivering high quality undergraduate teaching, and demonstrated potential to achieve a high standing at national & international level in research. The programme is organised by the Department of Psychology within the Institute of Psychiatry, Psychology and Neuroscience. The Department represents one of the world’s largest groupings of clinical and health psychologists with established links to the three NHS Foundation trusts via the King’s Health Partners Academic Health Science Centre.
