Campus: Hull Psychology has more to offer at Hull. Founded in 1928, the Department is one of the longest established psychology departments in the UK. We conduct research at the forefront of scientific psychology that has impact on practice in psychology, mental and physical health, education, sport, industry and forensic investigation. Pursuit of outstanding research is carried out in our state-of-the-art facilities and newly refurbished laboratories. The Department, along with York, is in the unique position of offering the only integrated clinical psychology doctoral training programme in the UK. Applications are open only to those students studying on the BSc Psychology undergraduate courses at Hull and York Universities. The Department of Psychology requires a Lecturer to join a successful team to work on a range of courses. We are particularly interested in applicants whose areas of expertise are in Social Psychology. The post holder must also be able to demonstrate a good quantity and quality of refereed research publications and other outputs which serve to raise the research profile of the Department and enhance its submission in research assessments.
