A PhD studentship is available for three years to work with Dr Marie-Helene Grosbras at the Laboratoire de Neurosciences Cognitives in Marseille.

The AMIDEX-funded project focuses on the development of social cognition during adolescence and involves eye tracking and functional MRI experiments.

Candidates should hold a Master degree in Psychology or Neuroscience or related area and have some research experience in experimental design and statistical analysis. (S)he should demonstrate a high motivation and interest for the topic and be able to communicate in French and English.

This interdisciplinary position will provide training in various areas of cognitive neuroscience, and will take advantage of expertise present at Aix-Marseille University via local collaborations. Proficiency in French language is not a pre-request, but the opportunity to learn it is one of the many advantages of living in Marseille!
