Xavier University School of Medicine is an accredited medical school, located on the beautiful island of Aruba. The school was founded to train students in medicine via a U.S. based curriculum. The entire focus of our program is to ensure students enter U.S. residency programs as competent physicians. Xavier University School of Medicine, Aruba seeks applications for the full time faculty position in the field of Behavioral Sciences and Psychology. Eligible candidates should have a M.D. or a Ph.D. in Behavioral Sciences and Psychology with experience teaching in a Medical School and preparing students for USMLE. Positions are available in the ranks of Assistant, Associate Professor and Professor. Salary and compensations will depend on the qualification and experience of the candidates. Xavier University School of Medicine uses an integrated, system based curriculum for teaching. Selected candidates would be required to teach Behavioral Sciences and Psychology for both MD program and Integrated Premed-MD program at Xavier University School of Medicine, Aruba.
