POSITION SUMMARY
Ambrose University invites applications for a lecturer position in Behavioural Science, starting August 2017. The area of expertise is open, but preferences will be given to candidates with expertise in Research Methods, Quantitative Analysis and Qualitative Analysis. DUTIES WILL INCLUDE: Preparation and teaching of lectures and labs across various Behavioural Science and Psychology courses. Administrative duties including grading, student advising, and committee work.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS Candidates should hold or be near completion of a Ph.D. in Psychology. Previous teaching experience at an undergraduate level Additional Information Normal teaching load is six courses per year. Research is supported through annual professional development funds and other programs. Compensation will be commensurate with education and experience. Ambrose Faculty Members agree to uphold and sign the University’s Statement of Faith upon initial appointment and to govern the conduct of their teaching in accordance with that same standard. Employment is contingent upon satisfactory criminal background check and academic transcripts. In accordance with Canadian immigration requirements, priority will be given to Canadian citizens and permanent residents of Canada.
