Duties The Consultant Psychiatrist is responsible for managing the care of all patients allocated to them through the Forensic Mental Health Service and Northern Adelaide Local Health Network in collaboration with the responsible Resident Medical Officers, Registrars, Fellow Consultants, Nurses and Allied Health Professionals.
Special conditions This is a part time vacancy, working 52.5 hours per fortnight and salary will be adjusted according to actual hours worked. Appointment will be subject to a satisfactory Criminal History Check.

Essential qualifications Bachelor of Medicine; Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) or equivalent. Appropriate Specialist Qualifications and registrable with the medical Board of Australia as a Medical Practitioner with Specialist registration; or another qualification as defined in the SA Medical Officers Award
