Visiting, tenured, or tenure-track faculty positions in Clinical or Cognitive Psychology (Rank open) Ashoka University is seeking candidates for a full-time faculty position in social, clinical, and cognitivepsychology. This position is open to candidates at any level – assistant, associate, and full professor. Successful candidates are expected to have a commitment to teaching excellence and to research productivity in psychological science. At Ashoka, we emphasize psychology as an empirical science. The faculty hired will help shape the psychology department at India’s premier liberal arts university, in addition to offering basic courses (e.g., introductory psychology, statistics, research methods, critical thinking seminars), and/or teaching a core course in clinical/cognitive psychology, as well as elective courses within their areas of expertise.
