PhD student (100%) in work and organizational psychology
 
tasks
  • Working on an issue on the subject of work and age with a focus on the interaction of work and private life (work-nonwork interactions)
  • Constitution of a doctorate within the framework of the project
  • Scientific tasks for carrying out one of the mentioned projects (eg literature research, data collection, data analysis)
  • publishing activities
  • Lectures at national and international congresses
  • Support for the support of student qualification work
  • Support in teaching in work and organizational psychology
conditions
  • Very good master's degree (or equivalent) in psychology, preferably in work and organizational psychology
  • Very strong research interest
  • Thorough knowledge in empirical methods and statistics
  • Very good knowledge of English in spoken and written English
  • Very good computer application skills (MS Office, SPSS, also desirable R or Mplus, or the willingness to get involved in this software)
  • High commitment, resilience, independence, pleasure in teamwork
