For the project duration of 4 years.
The project investigates, among other things, the efficacy of cognitive-behavioral psychotherapy for highly debilitating domestic caregivers. In particular, the applicant is responsible for the implementation of the therapies, the evaluation of treatment compli- ance and treatment integrity (evaluation of assessments, audio recordings and interviews). The possibility of the doctorate within the project is given and desired. In case of interest and suitability, there is also the possibility to work in the ambulance for research and teaching on fee basis (secondary activity).
Tasks:
Participation in the organization and implementation of the training of the psychotherapists
Coordination of the psychotherapies and continuous exchange with the therapists
Transmission and assurance of audio recordings of therapies
Organization and coordination of the process evaluation, implementation of the training of riders
Collaboration in reporting (such as study protocols, interim reports and publications)
Qualification requirements:
Diploma or Master's degree in psychology with a focus on clinical psychology
Advanced or completed psychotherapy training in behavioral therapy
Knowledge in methods of process research and evaluation of therapeutic process data (quantitative and qualitative)
The interest in psychotherapic research / process research is interesting in terms of therapeutic adherence, therapeutic competence and therapeutic relationship formation
Reliable, committed and responsible work
High team ability and co-ordination
It is a part-time job (50%). The remuneration is determined according to the provisions of the Collective Agreement for the Public Service of the Länder (TV-L) according to the personal requirements up to the pay group 13.
