DESCRIPTION The Department of Physiology is seeking a Neuroscience Postdoctoral Scholar.
We seek applicants to fill a postdoctoral vacancy to use imaging, RNA-seq, molecular biology and electrophysiology methods to study the role of astrocytes within neural circuits of the adult mouse. Qualified applicants will have an MD and/or PhD. The applicant should have training in one or more of the required methods, but more importantly they should have a commitment to learn and for experimental work.
The project is in the laboratory of Prof. Baljit S. Khakh at UCLA
