The position is full-time for those with a strong interest in digital mental health especially the evaluation of digital cognitive-behavioral therapy intervention. Level will be dependent on the applicant's background, level of experience, and qualifications. Specialists will work in the TEchnology and Mental Health (TEAM) Lab, directed by Dr. Stephen Schueller, which explores how technology can be used in the treatment and management of mental health and can improve the delivery of mental health services. Specialists may work on one or more of National Institute of Mental Health (NIMH)-funded projects including:
Job responsibilities include data collection, contacting and scheduling research participants, managing institutional review board (IRB) protocols, data management, monitoring participant assessment completion, and preparing reports. Depending on the applicant's experience and skills, responsibilities may also include conducting literature reviews and collecting scientifically and empirically supported relevant data to assist in manuscript, grant, and conference presentation preparation, data analysis, preparing scientific outputs, conducting mixed-methods data collection in clinical and/or community-based settings. This is an ideal position for applicants with a strong interest in digital mental health, with opportunities in implementation science, community-engaged work, and collaborating within multidisciplinary teams. Applicants with bachelors or master’s degrees in psychology, public health, social work or related fields are invited to apply.
