The Behavioural Biology working group, lead by Professor Helene Richter, at the Institute for Neuro- and Behavioural Biology at the University of Münster, Germany, is seeking to fulfil a position for a Postdoctoral Research Associate commencing on 01 August 2023. We are offering a fixed-term full-time position for 1 year to backfill a position during maternity leave and possible subsequent parental leave. Full-time employees are required to teach 4 hours per week during the semester. The Department of Behavioural Biology at the University of Münster delivers a wide range of undergraduate and postgraduate courses in behavioural biology, covering both methods and current topics within the field of animal behaviour. Our research centres on topics, such as stress, stress diagnosis and animal welfare, hormones and behaviour, refinement of animal experiments, animal personality and behavioural development over the lifespan.
