Description: We are recruiting a full-time diagnostic neuroradiologist to join the Division of Neuroradiology at the Toronto Joint Department of Medical Imaging (JDMI) and the Temerty Faculty of Medicine, University of Toronto. JDMI is the medical imaging department of the University Health Network (Toronto Western Hospital, Toronto General Hospital, Princess Margaret Cancer Centre), Sinai Health, and Women’s College Hospital. The anticipated start date is July 1, 2024, or as mutually agreed.
Candidates should have a minimum of two years of neuroradiology fellowship training (or one year and a year of neuroradiology practice). Dedicated training in head and neck imaging would be considered a plus as we are considering more than one hire at this time. Expertise in advanced CT (spectral/dual energy, AI/dose reduction, photon counting), brain PET, pituitary/skull base imaging, AI/workflow automation, or epidemiology would complement existing strengths in the Division, but we are open to considering candidates with other areas of interest. The successful candidate must be eligible for an academic appointment at the rank of Lecturer/Assistant/Associate/Full Professor at the University of Toronto. Academic rank will be commensurate with the candidate’s qualifications and experience. Compensation will be in accordance with the uniform average salary of a Radiologist (in the range of $300,000 - $450,000) in the Province of Ontario. Details pertaining to compensation for out-of-hours work to be discussed individually.
