The appointee will be required to provide clerical and administrative support to the Master of Science in Work and Organisational Psychology (MWOP) Programme. The appointee will be responsible for (a) carrying out student admissions procedures; (b) assisting in class schedules, examinations, meetings, etc.; (c) implementing programme promotion plan; (d) providing logistic support to lectures, seminars, and other teaching activities; (e) organizing student activities; (f) maintaining the general administration of the Programme office; and (g) performing any other duties as assigned by the Programme Director and supervisors. Requirements Applicants should have (i) post-secondary qualification; (ii) at least one year’s working experience, preferably in the higher education sector; (iii) a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua); (iv) a high competency in MS office applications; (v) a strong sense of responsibility; and (vi) effective communication skills. Salary and Benefits Commencing salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits, where applicable, include annual leave, medical and dental benefits, mandatory provident fund and gratuity.
