We are looking for a research assistant in automated peptide synthesis to support projects on developing large libraries of peptides and derivatives. Our laboratory carries out several research projects involving the routine synthesis of large libraries of various peptides and peptide derivatives using automated synthesis techniques. As a research assistant, you will: Work closely with PhD candidates and postdocs to operate the automated synthesis platform Support ongoing projects Be responsible for the organisation and execution of peptide synthesis The diversity of molecules created in our laboratory often requires optimisation of synthesis and reprocessing protocols. You will develop and optimise these protocols and guide new students in practical aspects of solid-phase peptide synthesis. Does this sound like you?
