They should have an excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese, the willingness to learn new skills, a strong commitment to high quality research, good organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to prioritize work and maintain a high level of effectiveness. Experience in clinical research and proficiency in statistical programming (e.g. SPSS, R, and SAS) would be highly desirable. The appointee will work closely with professional researchers and clinicians on a big data study on medication use in patients with psychiatric conditions. He/She will assist in data collection, management, and analysis. This position would be ideal for those who wish to gain research experience and be equipped with clinical skills.
