Employment is part of a project on trust and leadership funded by the German Research Foundation (DFG). For this purpose, experimental studies and field studies are to be carried out.

Your tasks:
  • Conception, planning, execution and evaluation of empirical studies on leadership and trust
  • Publication of scientific papers in English-language journals
  • Presentation of project results at congresses

Your profile:
  • Enthusiasm for research questions in organizational and business psychology
  • Very good master's degree (or advanced master's degree with degree from October 2019) or very good diploma in psychology
  • Good to very good knowledge in organizational and business psychology
  • Good to very good English skills
