The University of Virginia's Babylab, under the direction of Dr. Tobias Grossmann, seeks applicants for a Postdoctoral Research Associate. The position will primarily involve working on a project on the role of attachment in the development of empathy and its neural bases.


QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: Candidates must have completed all requirements for a Ph.D. in Psychology or related field prior to the start date.  Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience in conducting research with children on social development and attachment. Also, the position requires at least 1 year of experience in neuroimaging research with children.

This is a one-year appointment; however, appointments may be renewed for an additional year, contingent upon available funding and satisfactory performance.
