Full-time, fixed-term position for 2 years commencing April 2026 (negotiable) Base salary: $83,698 - $138,769 (Academic Level A/B) + 17% Superannuation Location: Based at our vibrant St Lucia campus About This OpportunityWe are seeking a dedicated and highly motivated Postdoctoral Research Fellow or Research Fellow to join the Language Neuroscience Laboratory within our world-leading School of Health and Rehabilitation Sciences. The successful applicant will play a key role on an NIH-funded research project on the functional reorganisation of language processing in individuals with post-stroke aphasia, under the mentorship of Stephen M. Wilson, PhD. In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead analyses of an exceptional longitudinal dataset comprising functional MRI, structural MRI, and behavioural data from hundreds of individuals recovering from aphasia after stroke. You will play a pivotal role in carrying out planned analyses of this dataset as well as designing and implementing your own innovative analyses, helping to shape future data collection, and developing your independence as a researcher.
