Faculty Mentors: Sudipto Dolui, PhD; John Detre, MD Position DescriptionThe Detre Laboratory at the University of Pennsylvania, under the mentorship of Dr. John Detre and Dr. Sudipto Dolui, invites applications for a Postdoctoral Researcher to join a multidisciplinary research team focused on brain aging and Alzheimer’s disease and related dementias (ADRD) using advanced neuroimaging methods. This position will support multiple NIH-funded projects aimed at improving understanding of the pathophysiology of aging and neurodegeneration and developing advanced biomarkers of vascular brain health. The lab conducts clinical and translational research using structural, functional, and physiological MRI, with a particular emphasis on cerebral blood flow imaging derived from arterial spin labeling (ASL) to assess cerebrovascular integrity and neural activity. Research involves analysis of both locally acquired datasets and large national and international neuroimaging cohorts.
