The Department of Psychology is now looking for a Senior Lecturer in Work and Organizational Psychology Tasks The position involves teaching, supervision and examination with a focus on work and organizational psychology within the framework of independent courses, the Behavioral Sciences program, Human Resources, Master of Science Program in Psychology and / or the Psychologist program. The teaching assignment, course development and course administration can also be included in the teaching assignment. Teaching can occur in other areas of psychology such as. social psychology, general psychology and scientific method. The department's courses are mainly given on campus, which requires attendance in Lund several days a week. The teaching and examinations take place in Swedish and in English, which is why good knowledge of both speech and writing in any Scandinavian language, as well as English is necessary. Eligibility Eligible to be employed as a university lecturer is a person who has completed a doctoral degree in psychology, demonstrated pedagogical skills in teaching, completed a university pedagogical education comprising five weeks or acquired equivalent knowledge. If there are special reasons, part of the higher education pedagogical education can be completed during the first year of employment. Eligibility requires documented ability to teach in Swedish / Scandinavian and English. When selecting among eligible applicants, scientific and pedagogical skills will be given equal weight. Furthermore, administrative skills are also important for the employment. The pedagogical skills must be well documented. When assessing pedagogical skills, pedagogical quality must primarily be taken into account. Extent, both width and depth, must also be given importance. The current position includes teaching and examination within the framework of education in the Psychology, HR and Behavioral Sciences program.
